There are many reasons for the study of Torah and we've heard them numerous times.  How about adding the voice of Sigmund Freud?  It was he who said, "It was the Holy Book, and the study of it, which kept the scattered people together."  Notice he said, "the study of it."

A group of TBE men keep that in mind as they meet for that very purpose.  Those who are a part of Men's Torah Study have found it to be stimulating, an opportunity for growth, and fun.  The sessions are lay-led and the sounds coming from the room include earnest voices in deep discussion and the happy noise of laughter.
