The Women’s Tu B'Shevat Seder and Dinner is becoming a tradition at TBE, and here are all the details so you can be part of this year's event.
Rabbi Delson will lead the interactive seder, which includes traditional foods from Israel, such as figs, pomegranate, grapes, olives, dates, wheat, barley, and other fruits, nuts, and wines. In addition, we will have a festive meal consisting of assorted appetizers and a dinner of herb chicken breasts, barley/lentil stew, tossed salad, bread, fruit breads, and beverages, all prepared by Sisterhood members.
After dinner, we are fortunate to have Mike Shriberg, Education Director of the Graham Environmental Sustainability Institute of SNRE at the U of M, who will speak about the environment. There will be ongoing demonstrations as well.
We hope you will join us for this unique event - a Jewish Celebration of Earth. All women are cordially invited. We hope you can make it!
Cost is $18, please make checks to "Sisterhood" and send to TBE - attention : Sisterhood Seder. Please email your RSVP or call 994-4261.
