Temple Beth Emeth Welcomes You!

We hope that you have had a chance to attend services or other activities at the Temple and are interested in becoming a part of our community.

Here are the materials that explain our membership process:

 -    Information for prospective members

 -   Application and Pledge forms

One you have printed and reviewed these materials, please fill out the membership application and pledge form and mail them to the office at:

Temple Beth Emeth

2309 Packard St.

Ann Arbor, MI 48104

If you stop by the office, our Executive Director, Ronnie Simon, will be happy to answer your questions and talk to you about membership dues.  If you mail in the form, you will be called by someone from the membership committee to welcome you and answer your questions. A member of the finance committee may call you to discuss your membership commitment.

We adhere to the Union for Reform Judaism "Fair Share Program" which asks that each member-unit contribute to the Temple on the basis of his or her financial circumstances.  Members make a yearly membership pledge, as well as a longer-term capital pledge.  No one is refused membership for financial reasons.

We hope you will find Temple Beth Emeth to be a friendly and caring congregation.  As participants in the life of the congregation, many of us have found out TBE provides us with our "extended family," with whom we celebrate holidays and simchas--happy occasions-- as well as share in times of sadness.  The Temple reflects the interests of its members, and also needs their support.  Join the Temple, come to services and programs, introduce yourself to others, volunteer for a committee!  We welcome your interest and encourage your participation.
