Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor seeks a part-time (20 hours/week) Program Coordinator for the Young Adult Division (YAD). Primary responsibility is to work with lay leadership to engage new community members and to plan and implement educational, social and campaign programming for YAD. Additional responsibility will include coordination of community-wide leadership development program for emerging leaders.
The YAD Program Coordinator should have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, be comfortable with fundraising and the qualities to act as a leader and role model to volunteers and staff. Qualified candidates should be able to define and articulate the mission of the Jewish Federation with creativity, energy and enthusiasm. Experience coordinating major programs and working as a team member is essential.
