Eastern European Trip Information Meeting
Wednesday, January 14, 2026 • 25 Tevet 5786
7:00 PM - 8:00 PMAdult Lounge & ZoomJoin Rabbi Josh on a powerful journey through Poland, exploring Jewish life, loss, and resilience.
Together we will trace over a thousand years of Jewish history, from the vibrant communities of Warsaw, Lublin, and Kraków to the devastating sites of Majdanek and Auschwitz-Birkenau. Students will walk the streets of the Warsaw Ghetto, explore historic synagogues and centers of learning, and encounter the enduring legacy of Polish Jewry.
Beyond history, this journey looks forward. We will meet members of today’s Polish Jewish community, engage in dialogue with Polish teens, and share Shabbat in Kraków—creating space for reflection, connection, and meaning.
Designed especially for 11th- and 12th-grade students, this is a profound, identity-forming experience that deepens Jewish understanding, strengthens community, and leaves a lasting impact.
The trip is March 28-April 4, 2027.
