How we approach and experience the High Holy Days can have a profound effect on our entire year. Later in life, we bring a more mature, seasoned self into this time. We also bring the losses we have suffered, transitions we’ve traversed, and heightened awareness of the fragility of this world.

In this three-session class, we will look deeply at texts and prayers from our High Holy Day liturgy, as we prepare for a season of meaning and growth. In each session, we will focus on a different topic:

• Forgiveness
• Strength in Challenging Times
• Shaping our Lives with Compassion and Care for Ourselves and Others.
