2025-2026 REGISTRATION FOR EVERYONE WILL OPEN JULY 1, 2025!

The online registration expects that students in grades 3-6 participate in both components on our program, Religious and Hebrew. If you wish to participate in only one component, please contact Temple Beth Emeth tbe@templebethemeth.org for more information.

Scholarships
No child will be denied from receiving a quality Jewish education due to finances. For more details about school scholarships and membership assistance, please contact our Executive Director, Shannon Hall, at shall@templebethemeth.org.

Our scholarship application process has been designed for greater transparency, fairness, and communication. If you would like to apply for a scholarship for school tuition, please complete our new Scholarship Application Form. Please submit your scholarship application form as soon as possible. We will then review all the applications and be in touch regarding your scholarship request.

Full Cost vs. Member Supported Tuition
In our Jewish tradition, the responsibility to educate children rests not only on the parents but on the entire Jewish community.  Our Temple Beth Emeth community takes this commitment seriously.  Each year, a piece of your membership pledge directly supports the education of our youth. Religious & Hebrew School tuition covers only a portion of the actual cost of that endeavor. We also feel we have a responsibility to be more transparent about the actual costs of our core education program. To this end, we have added an explanation to our registration form. If your family is able to do so, we would greatly appreciate any additional philanthropic donations.

Non-Member Registration
If you do not wish to become a member of Temple Beth Emeth, you can still sign up for our Religious & Hebrew school. The non-member tuition reflects the actual cost, more than twice the member supported tuition, so often membership plus member supported tuition will be less expensive. If you would like to join our Religious & Hebrew School program without becoming a member, please contact Temple Beth Emeth tbe@templebethemeth.org.

Before starting your enrollment, please read these important tips:

• Please note: All students will need to be enrolled at the same time. 

• New students must be added to the My Family section of your profile before they can be enrolled. You can access that section HERE (will open in a new tab). Please contact the office at (734) 665-4744 for assistance.

• Scholarship Information: If you would like to apply for a scholarship for school tuition, please complete our new Scholarship Application Form. A link to the Scholarship Form will be included in your confirmation email.

• Full Cost and Member Supported Cost: Each year, part of your membership pledge directly supports the education of our youth, which allows us to offer a lower, member supported tuition rate. Below, you will now see two tuition options, the member supported tuition and the full cost. Please choose whichever tuition option best fits your family. 

•  Deposit & Payment Schedule: A deposit of $50 per student paid by debit or credit card is due at the time of enrollment. Full payment will be automatically charged to this debit or credit card when the enrollment is approved. If you need a modified payment schedule, contact Shannon Hall directly, shall@templebethemeth.org. 

• If given the choice, be sure to select one (1) Hebrew School Class and one (1) Religious School Class.

• If selecting a grade, be sure to select the grade your student will be in for the 2025-2026 school year.
